Machine Learning for Plasma Physics RF Circuit–Nonlinear Load Coupling Dynamics Nonlinear System Optimization

01About Me

I am a Ph.D. candidate at the School of Physics, Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), working on low-temperature plasma physics. My research focuses on the interaction between capacitively coupled plasma (CCP) discharges and their external RF circuits. My research interests include:

  • 1Applications of machine learning in plasma physics
  • 2Coupling dynamics between RF circuits and nonlinear loads
  • 3Optimization strategies for nonlinear systems

My work has been published in journals including Plasma Sources Science and Technology and Journal of Vacuum Science & Technology A/B, and presented at international conferences such as APS GEC and AAPPS-DPP. Honors include the APS GEC 2025 Student Poster Award and the National Scholarship for Postgraduates.
